• Early Registration: RM 995 (approx USD $329) - submit by 20 March 2013
  

• Regular Registration: RM 1115  (approx USD $369) - submit after 20 March 2013
  

• Student / Spouse Registration: RM 875 (approx USD $289) - submit by 20 March 2013; must provide documented evidence of current student status at a higher education institution; Regular registration after 20 March is RM 995 (approx USD $329)
